Eudora Welty Library is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Jackson. The Administrative Offices for the library system are no longer at Welty Library.
Information Resource Center
The 45,000 square foot building also houses the Information Resource Center with 40 public access computers, as well as the Mississippi Writer’s Exhibit.
Interlibrary Loan
All ILL resquest can be made at any available library locations.
Specialty Areas
Our children’s area features a large collection of picture books and juvenile fiction and non-fiction.
